“Deep Learning, Compassion, and Joy- A Review of Restorative Aerial Teacher Training
I have been coming to Jana VK’s regular and restorative aerial yoga classes for approximately 2 years. When she mentioned she was leading a Restorative Aerial Teacher Training I jumped at the opportunity to learn and deepen my own practice. Jana is a true master at her craft. She led this training with compassion, joy, and a love for restorative yoga that you can’t help but love in turn. Her attention to detail shows in the training manual she personally made and in discussions about why restorative practices are needed especially in this day and age. She had us practice each pose on ourselves and our fellow trainees, explained the reasons why certain poses are paired together, and the benefits of the practice as a whole. I loved every moment of this training and feel confident in my abilities to share this knowledge and practice with my own students. Thank you Jana”
